Formia Technology Group Ltd - Brave vision and sustainable growth promote business
It is Formia Technology Group's vision to be the most innovative, internationally recognised supplier of sheet metal solutions for forerunner companies in the construction and metal industry. Reaching this vision requires constant business development and sustainable growth, which Formia has invested in throughout the company's lifetime.
Petteri Korpioja, CEO of Formia, describes Formia as an innovative company with strong forward momentum. The company has always been enthusiastic about new innovative possibilities and has actively sought external financial leverage in order to develop its operations.
Formia's new Emissions Control Business Unit, which produces incinerators for treating VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds), is one example of a development project that started from a contact provided by Jykes. The project was funded by TEKES, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.
CEO Korpioja is pleased with the smooth cooperation between Formia and Jykes. In general, he wishes that the public sector was yet more willing to develop and support growing small and middle-sized enterprises, since they will be the cornerstone and the biggest employers in the Finnish industry of the future.
